Hi there!
As you have probably gathered, I will be cycling from John O'Groats to Lands End starting on 14 August and finishing on 25 August (hopefully in one piece!). The average day will involve around 6 hours of cycling (on a very uncomfortable saddle) to cover around 90 miles. The first day is the hardest - 120 miles in the Scottish highlands! What a way to visit Scotland for the first time!
I've chosen to support Southampton Community Family Trust because it is a charity I believe in and one that I have personally benefited from. SCFT is a great little charity that aims to promote family values and provide relationship support to people in all walks and at all stages of life.
