I would be grateful if you could sponsor me for the 10k which i am running on 6th September to hopefully raise some money for a worthy charity as well as having a bit of fun and hopefully posting a decent time.
I hope that i can raise some money for SCIAF who contribute a great deal to the lives of so many less fortunate both in the 3rd world and closer to home.
Competitively i'd be happy with just under an hour, that's my target but realli i just need to beat Nina, it's as simple as that! I'd never hear the end of it if i didn't. Mr Henderson its not 2 late 2 sign up, just think a half 9 Sunday morning start and an hour long run up and down the drumlins of Glasgow, what can be better than that.
