Hi my name is Joshua James. I am 7 years old. Check me out in the photo, I am the handsome dude in red on the right hand side. Sadly, I suffer from this rotten illness called Epilepsy. I take special medicine to stop my seizures and other symptoms. The medicine makes me very hungry and sometimes rather grumpy and weak. I love playing football and my big dream is to play for Spurs. Please donate so that I can improve my quality of life and grow up to be a footie superstar. My mumma said dreams can come true.xxxxxxxx
