Hi All!

I am off this morning (23 Sept.)  on a 514 mile, 3 day bike ride that will follow a route from Namur in Belgium via Nancy in France and finishing in Offenburg in the Black Forest in Germany.  I will share the miles with my 3 other teammates and we are one of 45 teams taking part in the Challenge.  You can read more about the Black Forest Challenge at www.extra-mile.org.uk . 

 I will be raising money for several charities supported by Extramile and also for Macmillian Cancer Support.  My mother and sister in law have both passed away from cancer and my Dad and brother currently have different forms of the disease.  Any donation you could offer will go straight to helping support individuals and families trying to keep their lives together once impacted by this disease.
