Race all done. Fantastic day for a run through the breathtaking vistas of Edinburgh. My time was 47m50s so better than last year but head cold and issues getting in the way of training stopped me breaking 45m. 

Another year and another worthy cause. This year I ran for The Sick Kids Hospital in Edinburgh. Obviously the hospital does amazing work for children all over east central Scotland and I'm sure most of you who live there will have been touched by their work at some point so please in these difficult times it would be wonderful if you could spare £10 or so for them.
