We fund research into muscle-wasting to improve the lives of everyone affected.

Story

We've set up Kai's Fund with the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign to fundraise for our son Kai who has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

When Kai was diagnosed with this condition our lives were turned upside down.  Kai finds it hard going up and down stairs, getting in and out of the bath and he gets tired very quickly.  He frequently falls over and requires constant supervision when out walking with his family.

It's been hard coming to terms with Kai's condition but we wanted to do something positive.  We're organing collections and fundraising events to help raise money so that the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign can support families like ours and fund research to hopefully find a treatment for boys like Kai.  We are organising a Fun Day fundraising event on 24th August at the Harrier Pub in Hatfield - for more details check out our facebook group: http://tiny.cc/pcz20w

If you would like to support Kai's Fund please make a donation, anything you can give will go towards the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign's work to help and support families across the UK.
