I am walking 12 miles of the Leeds Liverpool Canal (maybe swimming in it a couple of times after visiting one of the 4 pubs on the way - you know me)

MOVE Europe works tirelessly to help severely disabled children and adults achieve a more healthy and happy life. They do this through the MOVE Programme which is an activity based programme which uses the combined knowledge of education, therapy and family to teach severely disabled children and adults the skills of sitting, standing, walking and transferring to the very best of their ability. Each person sets their own goals, for example being able to play football with their friends, or to be able to go to the pub and hold their own pint of beer!
