Dominic, Helen and myself are swimming one mile (!) for Mencap on 22nd September (not far away now!). Although we've completed sprint triathlons before, one whole mile in a cold, dark lake is a rather long way - much, much further than we have swam before - so we'd really appreciate all the support you can give to keep us going!

We are raising money for Mencap, who do all kinds of amazing work to support people with learning disabilities. As lots of you will know, I'm currently working in the fundraising team at Mencap for 6 months and we couldn't resist the Swim Mencap challenge...
