Training is already underway and now every cocktail, cake, biscuit and general naughtiness is rationed!!</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">Needing every motivation to see me through this massive quest, I have chosen to run for KEEN </span><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: Arial;">(</span><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN;">Kids Enjoy Exercise Now</span><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: Arial;">).<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>This charity is run by volunteers (mainly </span><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: Arial;">Oxford</span><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: Arial;"> and Brookes students) who provide recreational activities for special needs children and young adults in Oxfordshire.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: Arial;">I<span style="color: black;"> have worked as a coach alongside the KEEN athletes and the benefits are overwhelming!<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The children and young adults revel in some much needed independent time, spent with people their own age and get involved in a whole range of fun activities.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As importantly, these weekly sessions give parents and families some much needed rest bite and time to do normal things such as household chores or have a relaxing bath!!</span></span></p>
