I've been in denial...but it's actually happening. I'm joining 27 others in taking on the Yorkshire Tough Mudder for Team Bones....tomorrow!!!!

Tough Mudder Yorkshire is a 10.8 mile hilly run/stagger through mud with 28 obstacles to tackle. I won't go into the obstacles too much because I'm trying not to think about the electric shocks, ice and my worse fear...heights! But needless to say with names like Birth Canal, Killa Gorrila, Cage Crawl and Sewer Rat it ain't going to be a walk in the park!!!!

But as many of you know, I spend most of my time 'persuading' other people to do similarly crazy things for Team Bones...so it's definitely my turn! You probably also know how immensely passionate I am about the work that we do at the Bone Cancer Research Trust. Only 10 years ago, there was no charity dedicated to finding a cure for bone cancer. I'm so proud of everything we've achieved since the charity started in 2006, but there is still so much more to do. Your donations really will help to save lives, so please give what you can and I will do my bit in the mud! Photos to follow I promise.
