December 2015 is Nightsafe’s 25th Anniversary- in this time they have helped over 12,500 young people, provided 36,500 nights off the streets, made 125,000 meals and had more than 650 dedicated volunteers. 

To celebrate these achievements I am joining a Sleep-out to highlight the plight of homeless young people and raise money for Nightsafe’s Anniversary appeal. 

This time last year I had a tour of Nightsafe whilst donating warm clothes etc there. I saw what a fantastic job they are doing. I vowed then I would sleep on the streets to get a sense of what it might be like.

I am grateful I have a choice to participate, it's not something my circumstances have led me to. I want to help more and if by being cold and maybe even scared for one night can help Nightsafe to keep helping others get shelter, food and a new future.... I can do it.
People come from all over the country to towns to look for help, can you help me to help them?
