Ty Hafan is the only children's hospice in Wales. They offer support and strength to families of children with life limiting conditions.

This support costs the charity over £37 million pounds, all of which needs to be raised by donations.

The money raised through the Rainbow Runs will allow Ty Hafan to continue to help families across Wales make the most of the precious time they have left together.
