I am a student from Durham University who is going out to Tazania in August to teach in a school for a few weeks and I would love to raise some money for the charity who are helping organise our trip out there.

We hear facts about unclean water and death rates in the third world all the time but it is only when we consider the individuals behind these numbers that we ae struck by the real impact. 

More than 2,500 children are dying in Africa every single day due to water related diseases.

For the people out there everyday presents a choice: Choosing to consume unclean water at the risk of disease or dying of thirst.

It is not just unclean water that is killing people in Africa but drought and a lack of water is also a huge problem.

A well for a community promises a clean and consistent source of safe water and the opportunity for children to benefit from a full days education rather than having to trek for hours to reach an available water source.

When I go out to Tazania I will blessed with the chance of meeting the individuals who your money is directly aiding and witnessing the investment that this charity is making in the futures' of the students at the school I will be teaching at.
