Because I'm a glutton for punishment and I can't seem to say no, I've agreed to do the 2009 Santa Run for Childhope.  I only need to raise £100 to meet my target so even if you only have a couple quid to give, please do.

The run is only 5K, but anyone who knows me will be aware that I spend much more time in the pub than hitting the pavement in my running shoes so I reckon it's still a challenge.  Plus, it's in Greenwich Park which has a mammoth hill.  Oh, and I'll be dressed up as Santa complete with beard.  And if me looking that stupid in public on a Sunday morning isn't reason enough to throw a couple of quid in, Childhope is a fantastic charity doing amazing work for kids all over the world so that's pretty good motivation to donate too!
