As you probably know, Vital Regeneration is the charity I've worked at since I came back from New Zealand in 2006. We do wonderful work for the community, which I'm very passionate about and which really, genuinely makes people from deprvied backgrounds in London feel good about themselves and more positive and proactive about the pathways open to them in life.
