<p>The Russ Foundation is a not for profit organisation based in Tamil Nadu, South India. Their key goal is to offer a chance to those who do not have one.&nbsp;They offer&nbsp;a home, a family, food, water and education to children who have been abandoned.&nbsp;</p> <p>As well as their amazing work at the orphanage, the Russ Foundation extends to the local community running AIDS awareness programmes, vocational training in the community, care for the elderly and womens health clincs, amongst others.&nbsp;</p> <p>The work they do at the Russ is truly worthwhile and commendable and I am delighted to be fundraising for them. Please give generously and know that every penny you donate will go directly to help those less fortunate than ourselves. Thank you.&nbsp;</p> <p>My Challenge:</p> <p>After much thought I have decided to do a physical challenge.&nbsp; I work in Lowestoft and live in Norwich.&nbsp; For some reason I have decided to make the commute more interesting by cycling to work for a day! I have also managed to rope in two of my colleagues who I currently liftshare with - Amelia Sear and Natalee Brown.&nbsp; This is a big challenge for us as none of us own a bike! We are severely out of practice and will be putting in quite a few training hours before the big day.&nbsp;</p> <p>We will be cycling a total of 51 miles!!!
