My story

This is my new page. It may have taken us two years but we finally reached our (much extended) target of £3250 on the last version !  Your donations to  my Just Giving page gave a life changing opportunity to at least 40 extremely disadvantaged children in Port Elizabeth.  Each of the children was selected because of his or her  desperate need and their desire to go to school.  In South Africa a child cannot go to school without a uniform and shoes, schools are inadequately funded and so  a donation of just £65 also pays a small school fee to cover a few  basic costs. After they leave school the Oliver Foundation continues to support training and employment initiatives in connection with the Wilderness Foundation.  See http://www.umziwethu.org/student-success-stories   Thank you for your ongoing support
