Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On 15th June 2011 i will be setting off from London with the intention of climbing the three highest peaks in Britain: Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon. I will be taking part with 8 other Police Officers hoping to complete this challenge within 24 hours. I know to some of my very fit friends, this may seem like a walk in the park but for me it will be hugely challenging (mainly because i am usually ready to sit down after climbing a flight of stairs..!)
I am raising money for the Tabitha Foundation which supports the poorest areas and people of Cambodia. With your help, they can soon have clean water wells and shelter built by the charity and its amazing volunteers.
My best friend Ellen was a huge supporter of the charity and gave her time to help the local people of Cambodia. Sadly Ellen passed away suddenly last year. She and her partner Geraint had just become new parents to their gorgeous baby boy Gwion. Not a day goes by when she is not missed by her family and friends, and to do this challenge in her memory will be an honour.
