Here at Kent Wood Flooring we are proud to support the London Air Ambulance that works hard to deliver emergency intensive trauma care at the scene.

The London Air Ambulance believes that patients deserve world-class advanced trauma care immediately after injury, both inside and outside the hospital.

They ensure patients are treated effiectively within "The Golden Hour" which refers to the hour immediately following a serious injury. This period is critical in determining not only survival but quality of life following recovery, a period of time that even within the urban London setting, ost patients would otherwise spend outside of hospital.

The high trained staff are able to get airbourne within 4 minutes of a 999 call and able to reach most incidents within 6 minutes meaning precious time is saved for any critically hurt victim.

The London Air Ambulance has plans to extend their service over the coming years by hopefully purchasing a 2nd Helicopter and run a fully functional 24 hour service.
