Please help support Freshfields Animal Rescue Centre.  I am taking part in a five mile sponsored walk on 12th September 09.  Yes I know it isn't very far but in a pair of Jimmy Choo's ? :-)  I may also have to wear an ANORAK if it rains and pick up dog poo ... so please help.

Freshfields Animal Rescue is a non profit making animal charity with two rehoming centres, caring for abandoned, abused and unwanted animals. Everyday at least one more unfortunate creature finds itself with Freshfields as its only hope for a future. We tend to any health issues, usually at expense, caring for the animals, nurturing them in the hope that we can re-home them to loving people in the future. Please... help us to help them!

You all know I am in tears two minutes into an episode of Vets in Practice and Ben Fogle's Animal Park so please help xx
