About me....

Having been out of work for some time i have decided to keep myself active by helping a charity and raise money for a worthwhile cause, The £40,000 target will be acheived through a series of fund raising events starting with a 100KM treck up mount Kilamanjaro.

I have recently quit smoking, cut down on my drinking and all excesses, and now i must prepare for the challange, I need to lose around 2 stone in weight to have any chance in making this work, along with a gruelling schedule of training a strict diet, I still need to find work.

Here goes!!!!

Regards

Spencer
