Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Silvana came to Kingsbury High School in 2004 as a library assistant in the Lower school library. She very soon established herself as a fair but firm member of staff earning the respect of colleagues and students alike.
Silvana became ill in 2012 and was later diagnosed with liver cancer.
In her last days Silvana was cared for in the Marie Curie Hospice Hampstead where she passed away on the 7th August 2013.
Silvana is much missed by all of us in the library and by all who knew her and worked with her. She is survived by her husband Ned and daughter Nadia.
A cherry tree has been planted at Kingsbury High School in memory of Silvana.
