Skydiving seems crazy, why would you leap out of a perfectly good aircraft?

Depression seems crazy, why would it affect apparently healthy people?

Many of us go through highs and lows in life, whether due to loss of a beloved parent, friend or child, perhaps challenges at work or home or simply because some days can seem just too much to take;  but very few people seek the help that restores their strength and belief in themselves and others...

Having faced my own heartaches and challenges in recent years and spent years supporting those around me, now's the time to do something a little different.  So...
