After losing our son in september, Winston's wish charity have supported us with our other children and helped them with their grief, we would really like to give something back to them whilst also benefiting the community with the oppurtunity for them to place stars on our christmas tree display to remember all there loved ones who sadly aren't here anymore.
Every 22 minutes a child is bereaved of a parent.
With our help Winston's can continue to support this children who without Winston's would be lost in their own grief
£15 could cover the cost of a 30 minute call to there helpline, providing invaluable advice and support to someone concerned about a bereaved child
£100 could enable Winston's to provide 10 families with specialist publications to help understand and support a bereaved child.
£1000 could enable a teenage girl to attend Winston's young women's support group - 6 weekly sessions giving them the chance to talk about their experience, learn coping strategies and meet other bereaved young women
£5000 could pay for 2 families to recieved the full programme of support from Winston's Wish, this would typically be over a 10 month period and would include attendance at one of their residential weekends as well as indiviual work and telephone support
