My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I've wanted to run the marathon for most of my adult life and am really 'excited' about being given the opportunity to do so! As you can see from my target I have a huge amount of money to raise and the charity I'm running for has done amazing things to alleviate poverty in Tanzania; one of the ten most poorest countries in the world, and has plans to do more, so please dig deep :-)

Thank you to everyone who not only donated so generously to TUKAE but also to those who supported me personally during my training.The day itself was an amazing experience and one that I cannot easily put into words..I thankfully completed the course in 4hrs 33mins and 9 secs :-)

Tukae
Charity Registration No. 1088468
Tukae is a development organisation working in the East Usambara Mountains, Tanzania. Through building skills and creating jobs people are able to move out of poverty. A safari camp is being developed, a women's workshop is thriving and there are plans to open a men's workshop.
