So Brenda and I will be on the same side of the Atlantic in April and as a goal to keep fit together we decided to organise our own 5K run to do together while I am there. As an added incentive we've decided to use it as a way to raise money for The Helen Foundation : a wonderful arts-based charity who supports and motivates young people in all branches of the arts in Teignbridge, South Devon.

 

So on April 19th we shall be running 5K (hopefully for the most of it) in Los Angeles (exact location to be confirmed) so please show your support by making a donation, big or small every penny (or cent) counts!

 

In return we promise lots of pictures on the day to illustrate how we did and we might even throw a couple of photoblab in there so you can hear us huff and puff.
