LRA Forum is raising funds to support Kate Erswell's entry in the MacMillan 4x4 Challenge. Please dig deep and sponsor Kate on behalf of the Forum.

Plucky Kate, who's day job is Assistant Editor at 'Land Rover Monthly',  has been a total star jumping in at the last minute to drive for Russ Brown after he failed to persuade a 'big name celeb' to spend the weekend in his Land Rover....strange that!

So this hasn't left much time to raise sponsorship for Kate. And this years target for the Challenge is quite stretching - £100,000, a 50% leap from the £67k achieved last year......but with the enthusiasm and support of the Land Rover fraternity, anything is possible.

The event will start on Friday 9th and end on Sunday 11th March 2007. Every team has to raise a minimum of £600 sponsorship. The proceeds of the fun - which depends largely on the sponsorship which teams can raise - will go to Macmillan Cancer Support, the country's major charity devoted to the treatment and care of people with cancer and their families. It will support Macmillan's continuing efforts to provide support services through the well known Macmillan Nurses, doctors, buildings and patient grants.
