I am running the Great North Run to raise money for the Breast Cancer Campaign.

This charity means a lot to me after seeing my mum go through treatment for breast cancer a couple of years ago. Seeing someone I love fight this terrible disease really made me realise how important research is to enable the correct treatment and support to the affected person. In order for research to continue and develop I think its important to do my bit to help raise money, and thats why I'm running the GNR! Hopefully in the not too distant future a cure will be found for all cancers!
