As part of our new healthy living regime, we are taking part in the Multiple Sclerosis sponsored walk again this year, and will no doubt be battered by the elements for the full nine miles, as usual. PLEASE SPONSOR US LOTS OF MONEY!

Seriously though, I know we are all struggling a bit on the cash front at the moment but anything you feel you can donate will be very gratefully received.  Its a really good cause.
