Running the London Marathon on behalf of the Friends of the PWRR in support of the Benevolent Fund.

I’m a not particularly athletic busy mum of 3 that will no doubt train hard and hurt a lot during the course of the training and running for this year’s London Marathon, but this isn’t about my future agony- it’s about Several chaps I had the privilege of meeting with during a busy sale week in Hammersmith last year from the Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment.

The friends of thePWRR works hard to raise funds throughout the year ensuring that members of the regiment and their families have access to support and advice to guide them through difficult times. These difficult times often result from sustaining terrible physical and mental injuries serving our country, quite often in the most hostile conditions, whilst being thousands of miles apart from friends and family.
