Thankyou for taking time to read this. This year I will be attempting to complete a marathon in Manchester (6th April) , the Nottingham Outlaw, half iron man (4th June) and finally the Bolton full iron man (20th July).

 

Most of you will know the training I am putting in to achieve these events. I hope you will help me in raising as much as I possibly can for the very worthwhile children's charity, Rainbows in Leicester.
