Ok, updating you all with less than a week to go. Went for a 14km run yesterday, and felt very tired while running, but recoverred really quickly afterwards. So I think my strategy for the day will be to run a little bit slower in order to actually finish!! haha. Hopefull the boosters (icotonics I think they are called), will help me along, and then it will be the people that will make the day.
I am really exited and looking forward to Sunday, and will send out an email early next week to let you all know how it went on the day.
My foot is basically fine now, it did not give me any trouble during my run yesterday, altough it was a bit "tender" afterwards it is fine today.
