My story

 

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Special Kids in the UK is a charity for families who have a child of any age with special needs.

I stumbled on their website in 2008 when I found out my daughter had complex additional needs and was looking for answers, info and support. As well as a wealth of support and information on the forums we have also made wonderful friends on there and met a lot of them at the annual fun day which any monies raised also goes towards providing entertainment etc for the kids and families. The trustees are all volunteers and give their time and dedication from the goodness of their hearts to help others and provide this wonderful place for us all. For this I truelly thank them and im glad they created special kids in the UK.
