As many of you know, Leonora is the Executive Director of the Venture Partnership Foundation and she is passionate about the work of the charities that it supports as well as the pioneering work of the foundation itself. The 10 organisations that we are currently backing encompass a variety of cause areas and geographies and include:
- Riders for Health (): providing mobile transport infrastructure for health workers - Homeless international (): relieving suffering in slums in and providing long term structural solutions to housing problems- Kids Company (): looking after destitute lone children, typically the children of drug addicts and prostitutes, in the - BasicNeeds (. ): providing relief and cure for those with mental health problems in the developing world- TWIN (Global): encouraging self sufficiency in the developing world through the propagation of FairTrade brands (incl Café Direct)
