I only started running two years ago, and now face the biggest physical challenge of my life.  I am running over 262 miles in ten days this May.  That's 10 marathon

What's so important to me is the charity I am running for and the work they do.  The Brathay Trust  improves the lives of the UK's most disadvantaged youngsters every year..

Brathay helps some of the most vulnerable and disengaged young people, to make a successful transition from adolescence to meaningful adult life.  Community support and  youth work, combined with life-changing residential experiences, help young people build their self-esteem, skills and confidence to flourish and enjoy their lives.  Since 1946 Brathay has inspired people to become successful, confident and responsible citizens who make positive contributions to their community.  Each year over 6000 young people and 4000 adults are supported by Brathay Trust.
