Iain Rennie Hospice at Home has joined forces with Grove House to help more local patients and families coping with life-threatening illnesses. Our aim is to make the choice to stay at home a reality for more people, by providing access to 24/7 hospice care at home

I will be taking part in the Chesham Santas on the Run event on the 29 November and I will be running 1km dressed up as Santa to raise funds for The Iain Rennie Hospice at Home.
