On December 5 I will be taking part in the Grim Challenge in Aldershot, an 8-mile course where the Army test their tanks and vehicles, so the terrain should be interesting. As well as running through the cold, I’ll also be crawling through mud and wading through rivers & lakes. So to keep me in a cheerful festive mood, and for the amusement of others, I’ll be wearing a full Santa costume.
As well as doing it for FUN, I’ll also be raising money for a local charity, The Pepenbury Trust, which runs an independent residential care home for adults with severe learning disabilities, so a great cause. Please donate whatever money you can, and I’ll try and get some photos of me in the cold for your enjoyment!
