Hi Everyone

On October 11th I will be running (or attempting to run) 13.1 miles in the EDF Birmingham Half Marathon for the Railway Children. Please go to www.railwaychildren.org.uk for more information about them.

I know times are tough at the moment but I would really appreciate anything you can give. It all adds up and the money you donate will hopefully put enough pressure on me to get my backside in gear and up the training!
