SANDS is an amazing charity, one that I had never heard of until last year when one of my best friends and her family suffered the terrible and devasting loss of their baby girl Emma.

I never got to meet Emma and I'm at a loss of something I can do to help, but I know that my friend speaks highly of the work that SANDS do, so my way of saying thank you to SANDS for helping my best friend is to get my trainers on and get training to run this race.
