Just so you know, I am not only running the 10K on 12th July, but I am also running the 1/2 marathon in September! This is quite scary for me, having only run a 5K before...
I'm raising money for Action on Elder Abuse. Just think of those stories we often hear about older people being taken advantage of and left penniless and I'm sure you'll be reaching in to your wallets for your payment cards!
