Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Not content with doing the London to Brighton bike ride last year, my sister and I have foolishly decided that we are ready for another cycling challenge! Thank you to Rupert for coming with us on what he will probably find to be a gentle afternoon pootle!
So, on Sunday 10 July the three of us will be cycling 100k around the Surrey Hills...there is a clue in the title there.
We are doing this for a wonderful cause, the Michael Varah Memorial Fund, a grant giving Fund which commemorates the life of Michael Varah, and the work he was prevented from finishing by his early death. It supports the causes that Michael believed in and worked to alleviate: disadvantage and social exclusion, homelessness and poverty, crime prevention and rehabilitation of offenders, human rights.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please help and support this cause and also encourage us to push our bikes up those steep hills!
Thanks!
Lisa, Katie and Rupert
