On Sunday 27th September 2009, at Locko Park, Nr Spondon in Derby I will be joining the 5K Heroes Run for the Derbyshire Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance (DLRAA). 

Please feel free to come along and support me, in raising money for our... local life saving Air Ambulance heroes.   

Please please please sponsor me. DLRAA receive no government funding, meaning that they rely totally on donations and fundraising events to keep their aircraft in the air, and each mission they attend costs approximately £3,000.00.
