I run so you don't have to! Just think of all those lovely lie-ins you can have while I'm out for a 10 mile run before breakfast in the pouring rain. All I ask is that you read a little bit about the charity I've chosen to run for this year and then sponsor me as little or as much as you can afford - any amount at all really will be very much appreciated.
 
I'm running for the charity Eaves, who provide services to support vulnerable and exploited women and children. These include women trafficked into prostitution in the UK, homeless women with additional support needs, and women and children fleeing domestic violence. I chose Eaves after hearing an amazing talk given by the Chief Executive Denise Marshall, when I was moved to tears about the incredible work they do for women who really need them.
