I am walking 100km in under 24hrs on 14th September 2013 and raising money for Arrhythmia Alliance and their Hearts and Goals Campaign, which aims to provide and place 500 defibrillators in public access places to help prevent more sudden cardiac deaths, train 200 first aiders in CPR and defibrillator training and check 500,000 pulses for signs of a rhythm disorder.
