Cycling, walking and running has played a key part in my personal fitness and mental health. It's also a central part of family life and fitness. The National Cycle Network (NCN) managed and maintained by Sustrans has been invaluable in creating the opportunity for me and my family to enjoy safe and enjoyable trips for picnics and days-out.
