Last year we held a pink party in memory of our daughter Alicia Fay Price to raise money for Sue's Place, a charity very close to our heart.  This year, in memory of Alicia, Tony decided that he wanted to do the Newark Half Marathon for this wonderful charity and me and the boys decided to join him by doing the Newark Fun run.  Both events will be held on 14th August.

When we suddenly lost our darling daughter Alicia in 2009, telling our boys that they would never see their 11 month old sister again was devastatingly heartbreaking for us all.  We did our best to comfort the boys whilst dealing with our own grief and knowing that they were receiving professional help from Sue and her team took a huge weight from our already heavy shoulders.  This is such a fantastic cause and every penny that we can make will go towards helping local children through a very difficult time.
