Well I managed to complete my third Great North Run in a time of 2hours 15mins. Not bad considering the injuries, lack of training, heat on the day and stupidly long lines for the toilets!!
It was amazing to be part of such an electric atmosphere along with 54,000 other people all raising money for their chosen charities.
