On the 10th of October along with 7 of my team we
are taking part in a 3 day charity bike ride for Macmillan Cancer Support. We will be riding 285km over 3 gruelling days in the Sierra Espuna Mountain range in Southern Spain. 

So the equivalent of riding from Exeter to London - Up and down mountains!!! This is not going to be easy! But it will absolutely be worth it for all of the people that will benefit! 

Any contribution no matter how small is massively appreciated!
