Being a member of Pontefract Live at Home’s Telebuddies has given me a reason to get out of bed in the morning, knowing they are going to ring. If it weren’t for them, I would go for quite a few days without anyone being concerned whether I am living or dying. The conversations boost me until the next day. On your own it is a lonely life, but having Telebuddies gives me a feeling of security, knowing that there is someone there who cares. Just knowing they are there is comforting.
