We are fundraising for Leicester Hospitals for the research into Cancer of the Pancreas , a devastating disease that still claims too many lives with only 15-20% of cases suitable for curative surgery. Forty years ago only 3% of people diagnosed with the disease survived for 5 years. Today that figure is STILL 3%. More research will help to increase that percentage.
